Exam Prep for Appraisers is approved by the NCAB for 14 hours CE. It is not approved for CE by the South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board. If you have an NCAB License, but take the class in SC, we will submit your credit to the NCAB. Additional charge applies.

For an additional $30 we will produce an additional certificate with your NC Appraiser Number and the name of North Carolina Real Estate Education (AndMar is a division of NCREEI) AND submit your class to the North Carolina Appraisal Board so that the course may be counted as CE for your NCAB Appraisal credential.
