Pay in advance by check or charge. Paying at the door is only an option when registering late with approval only. Walk-ins are always welcome with space available.

Our school, AndMar Education, our courses, and our instructors are all approved by the South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board. 

All of our current SC offerings are also approved by the NC Appraisal Board - NCAB list opens in new window. Info on dual credit from AndMar found here.

We also offer classes in NC.  The courses at the right (except for Exam Prep for Appraisers) are also approved in NC.  You can take classes in either state that are approved by both Boards.
