National civil cases and disciplinary cases from North Carolina and South Carolina are included to show important issues in the appraisal world today as well as to illustrate the real-world application of USPAP and appraisal methodology. USPAP UPDATE COURSE Required of all appraisers during the CE cycle, this 7-hour National USPAP course was developed by the Appraisal Foundation. The course focuses on the changes to USPAP for 2008 and 2009 and on appraisal issues that affect daily appraisal practice, including when and how USPAP applies, common USPAP violations, and hot topics.
